We are looking for an Enthusiastic, proactive Business Development Manager Business Development Executives for Interior Contracting & Design Projects. Desired candidate should have flair for strategy planning for new client acquisition, generate new business leads,well versed with Digital marketing & Lead generation tools, build client relationships, and contribute to the firm’s overall expansion strategy & revenues.

A. Job Description:

The role involves driving client acquisition for commercial & residential Interior turnkey contracting projects. Prospect and acquire new clients – Commercial/Residential Projects at Restaurants & F& B sector, Retail stores, Corporate Offices & Workplace interiors, Healthcare – Hosplitals & Clinic chains, Pharma offices & R&D centers, Ware house offices , IT firms among others & Residential – Real-estate sectors.

  • Strategic Lead Generation: Corporate clients, institutions,residences use networking, social media, and industry events to build a robust pipeline of high-value prospects.
  • Proposal Development: Lead the “pitch stage” by collaborating with project team for Quotations, BOQs, Tenders & proposals.
  • Deal Negotiation: Navigate complex contract terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial closures while maintaining healthy profit margins & favourable Payment terms.

· End-to-End Accountability: Oversee the transition from sales to execution, ensuring client expectations are met and payments are recovered on time

B. Key Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Lead generation and conversion expertise with proven ability to convert leads into sales.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and PR strategies
  • Strategic thinking and client relationship management
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with client-facing roles.
  • Relationship-driven and client-focused.

C. Desired Candidate Profile.

  • Experience: 2–6 years in B2B sales, high-end interiors, building materials, or real estate. ( Interior designer /Real estate background would be preferred)
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office; Email & verbal communication, experience with digital marketing/lead generating tools is must.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, persuasive storytelling, and “consultative selling” abilities.
  • Drive: Self-motivated, resilient to rejection, and willing to travel extensively for client meetings. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
